Billy Joel fast-tracked

MUSIC giant Sony BMG has found a way to beat the bootleggers at their own game.

It was worried about illegal CDs being pumped out from Billy Joel's record setting 12 sellout shows at Madison Square Garden in the Big Apple.
So it's run around like a chook with its head cut off and churned out the official bootleg album, 12 Gardens Live.
It doesn't hit record stores until July 8 though, so some of the more organised bootleggers might still have time to make a killing
